Texas has been blessed with a marvelous spring this year! Generally, North Texas has three seasons: cold, hot, and OH MY HOTNESS! For the past two years we've had snow and ice during the winter, and then all of the sudden it's 90 degrees outside...not cool.
This year we had a very warm winter, but the most fantastic Spring! We took advantage of this wonderful weather and spent this past Saturday with a group of our friends and their kiddos at Nash Farm in Grapevine.
It was so much fun! There was a petting zoo, music, wagon rides, pony rides, a blacksmith, cow milking, farm chores, farm animals and more! Caleb was too little to participate in most of the activities, but we had a blast being outside and hanging out with other families.

If you live in the DFW, TX area, I highly recommend checking this event out next year {it's free too!}!

{taking a group photo of 6 families is nearly impossible}
{Caleb wanted to play with the horse more than he wanted to pose for the picture}
Hope you're having a marvelous Spring too!!!

DeleteWhat fun memories you are making...adorable little guy! Our Spring brought us an earthquake today...but other then that its been pleasant and yet, unpredictable =)
ReplyDeleteOh no! Hope everything is ok! When I was a kid I was visiting family in CA and experienced an earthquake, and I must say it was scarier than our TX tornadoes!
